Very slow Open Document window in Bartender Designer

In Bartender there is a long-standing bug with the Open Document window.

Bartender uses its own open dialog window because of Librarian "folder", but it can be changed to Windows original file open window with a registry key.

The workaround is:

1. Go into registry to HHEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Seagull Scientific \ Librarian \ File Dialog
2. Create a new key of name "Use Windows Dialog" and type "REG_DWORD" with a value of 1 (0x00000001)

This forces BarTender to use the Windows document dialog window, and the lag goes away completely.

If you implement this modification, you cannot use Librarian templates anymore.
