If you used a trial version and it expired then you purchased a valid Bartender license, the server can be seen in "Other Licenses" list.
You cannot use Bartender Designer, because it still connects to the expired trial license.
To use your purchased and activated Bartender license you should tell Bartender to use this server. Right click in Bartender Administration Console on the the purchased license row in Other Licenses list.
Then your client connects and uses the purchased license server.
